Raise the weight in every set and lower the repetitions!
For example pulldowns:
10 repetitions, 30kg
rest 30-60 sec between the sets
8 reps, 40kg
6 reps, 50kg
4 reps, 60kg
2 reps, 70kg
1 repetition – this is the only repetition you are allowed to “fail” on, no cheating on the repetitions, every one needs to be with good form otherwise you need to lower the weight đ
