If not get your ass up and go 😅 plenty of time for that

No time for gym today (cause I choose to sleep at least 7-8h every night)

But ”no time” is not a excuse, I feel so much better after a workout when ever its 10 or 60 minutes. 

I havent run since the summer (usually every 3 month lol)

A walk or a quick run is the easiest way to get your mood up, bloodcirculation going in the body and BRAIN, metabolism
