En vanlig matdagbok för mig
Dock helgerna trycker jag i mig oftast ett halvt kilo kött, ibland lunch på stan, sötsaker eller en påse saltade snacks, bakar något gott till fika osv.
Men hur det kan se ut för mig en “vanlig dag”, fått så många frågor om det.

40g Oats
1 scoop Wheyprotein
250ml Yoghurt
1 Apple
Brazilnuts and a lot of coffee with milk
🥗Lunch🥗
150g Chicken
100g Rice/Pasta
Greens
🍎Snack🍎
2 Fruits or Eggs
Coffee
🍔Dinner🍔
300-400g Meat/Chicken/Fish
250g Potatoes
Greens, vegetables, avocado, fetacheese, m.m..
🍧Later snack or dessert🍧
Protein icecream/ Quark
🍦Nightsnack🍦
300ml Eggwhites
250ml Yoghurt
Brazilnuts
200g berries
1 banana
1 scoop of caseinprotein powder
1 chickenbreast or some leftovers from dinner
A lot of tea or wine🍷

Is this still what you generally eat during each day? This is a very healthy and strong diet. Not defficient in anything, but not too much either. Do you weigh/measure or are these just estimates? Could you do another post like this about what another “typical day” is like? So fascinating and thanks for sharing!
