Healthy Cream Puffs
Ingredients:
- 2 Large Laitilan Kanatarha Organic Eggs
- 50g Quark or Greek yoghurt
- 20g Wheyprotein
- Sweetening
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp fiberhusk/psylliumhusk
Separate yolks and whites. Whisk the eggwhites big fluffy and hard.
Then, mix in another bowl the yolks with the remaining ingredients until smooth.
Carefully blend with a SPOON the blending in to the eggwhites, but carefully so the volume holds.
Spread on baking paper on a lined sheet into small shapes.
Bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven.
Let it cool before you cut in half. (Except if you fill with cheese, really good with melted cheese)
When you cut in half, fill with anything you crave and enjoy!
